PT Cipta Media is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the development of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
