Global Food is seeking a talented and passionate Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for our growing company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Providing feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance and fit.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring partners.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
