📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales activities to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.,Assisting in the organization and execution of sales promotions and events.,Collecting and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Training and mentoring junior sales staff.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software is a plus.,Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
