📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in preparing and setting up banquet facilities for events and gatherings.,Provide excellent customer service to guests and event planners.,Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages during banquet events.,Ensure that all banquet areas are clean and well-maintained.,Assist in the coordination and execution of banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.,Maintain accurate records of banquet services and guest information.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff members.,Contribute to the overall success of banquet events by ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with banquet and event planning procedures.,Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, and English proficiency is a plus.
