📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing departmental operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Oversee day-to-day activities of department staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless interdepartmental communication and collaboration.,Prepare and present regular reports to the Department Head and senior management on departmental performance.,Organize and facilitate departmental meetings, workshops, and training sessions as required.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the department.,Manage departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a corporate environment.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.,English language skills are a plus.
