In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Maintain and update job postings on company websites and job boards.,Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates.,Provide administrative support during the recruitment process.,Assist in organizing and managing recruitment events and job fairs.,Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide feedback and support to the Recruitment Team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
