Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement measures to meet or exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Conduct regular staff training and development programs.,Participate in company initiatives and projects to support overall business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role in the retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.,Knowledge of customer service and sales principles.,Familiarity with ERP systems and other branch management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
