📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Butler in managing daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.,Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and addressing concerns promptly.,Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the guest rooms and common areas.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other service departments to ensure seamless operations.,Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels of amenities and restock as needed.,Assist in organizing and executing special events or functions as required.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.,Familiarity with hospitality software and tools.,Valid ID and clean criminal record.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
