📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.,Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Support the HR Director in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Experience in training and development programs is a plus.
