📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Site Engineer in planning and executing construction projects.,Oversee daily site activities, including workforce management and resource allocation.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address issues promptly.,Prepare and submit progress reports and other relevant documentation.,Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Maintain a safe and efficient work environment for all employees.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of site improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Proficient in using construction management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits.
