Food Diamond Dinamis is looking for a dedicated Deputy Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and supporting the Store Admin in various tasks. If you have a passion for food, excellent administrative skills, and a customer-centric approach, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking stock levels.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial records.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain a well-stocked store.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Support the Store Admin in implementing and enforcing store policies and procedures.,Assist in training and supervising store staff.,Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a store administration role, preferably in the food industry.,Proven experience in inventory management and cash handling.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,Valid SIM card for communication purposes.
