📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and refine the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct user research and market analysis to inform product decisions.
• Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Work with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the EdTech space.
• Present product updates and insights to stakeholders and the executive team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on EdTech or educational products.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian educational landscape and digital learning trends.
