As a Field Collector, you'll engage directly with borrowers to collect overdue payments, negotiate settlements, and maintain strong relationships with clients. You'll use our in-house collection system, CRM tools, and GPS-enabled devices to manage your workload efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit assigned clients to collect overdue payments and negotiate settlements.
• Document all collection activities and client interactions using our CRM system.
• Monitor and update the status of loans using GPS-enabled devices to track your daily activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and cooperation.
• Provide regular reports to the collection team and management on the progress of collection activities.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and professionalism.
• Assist in the development and implementation of collection strategies tailored to local business environments.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless loan recovery processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and GPS-enabled devices.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.
• Familiarity with local business environments in Maluku Utara is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
