📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the deployment and maintenance of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and documentation for end-users and other IT staff.,Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.,Work with other IT team members to improve and optimize IT systems and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and technologies.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
