📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting routine internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.,Conducting interviews and reviews of financial records and documents.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Participating in continuous learning and development programs to enhance audit skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial reporting standards is a plus.
