Salon Yoga Spareparts is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as food hygiene regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the customer experience.,Ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked with ingredients and supplies.,Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage preparation is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
