📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission,Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting,Provide guidance and support to junior accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
