📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire export logistics process, from order processing to shipment delivery.,Prepare and maintain all necessary shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.,Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth and timely shipments.,Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and in good condition.,Stay updated with international shipping regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.,Handle any shipping-related issues or disputes and work towards their resolution.,Prepare regular reports on shipping performance and provide insights for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Shipping, International Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in export logistics and documentation.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with shipping software and systems is a plus.
