📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store and company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Experience in managing a team and driving employee performance is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
