Makmur Fajar Store is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees during training sessions,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus,Ability to travel as needed for training sessions and workshops
