📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
• Leverage SAP SuccessFactors and Workday to streamline HR operations and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on business partnering.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
