📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about airline and cargo services.
- Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and communicated.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Use Salesforce and Zendesk to track and manage customer interactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a high standard of service.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on customer service performance and suggest improvements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or cargo industry.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Salesforce and Zendesk is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
