📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, HubSpot, and other relevant tools.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor and optimize email deliverability and engagement metrics.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email marketing and CRM.
• Assist in the development of customer journey maps and lead nurturing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in email marketing and CRM.
• Proven experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and data management.
