📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze government tender opportunities in the construction sector.
• Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals using tools like Microsoft Office Suite and specialized tender management software.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project requirements and feasibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate bid preparation.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with government agencies.
• Provide regular reports on tender status and progress to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in government tender management, preferably in the construction sector.
• Proven track record of securing high-value government contracts.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian government tender procedures and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
