📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with local businesses, hotels, and tourism providers.
• Develop and implement growth strategies to increase market share and customer base.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the travel industry.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual benefits.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to promote partnerships and special offers.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or partnership management in the travel industry.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with local tourism regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
