📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and deliver engaging financial literacy workshops and seminars
- Create personalized financial plans using Microsoft Excel and financial planning software
- Conduct one-on-one financial consultations with clients
- Educate clients on budgeting, saving, investing, and debt management
- Stay updated with the latest financial trends and regulations
- Provide ongoing financial advice and support to clients
- Collaborate with the WealthWise Indonesia team to expand our financial services
- Monitor and report on the financial progress of clients
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal finance management or financial education
- Certification in financial planning (CFP, ChFC, or equivalent) is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Passion for empowering individuals to take control of their money
- Knowledge of local financial regulations and market trends in Bangka Belitung
